100 Mile Ride

Updated: Mar 1st, 2008

Overview

Like the other “longer” routes, the century ride winds along the quiet country roads of Boulder and Larimer counties. However, in addition to rolling hills and sweeping views of Colorado’s Front Range, this ride includes 30 more miles of road, the climb up to Carter Lake, and a significant climb on either side of the Horsetooth Reservoir aid station (#5).

Details

The century ride begins at 7am. There are nine aid stations along the route.

Century Riders have your bib marked at Aid Station #5 (Horsetooth) and pick up your free century hat at the Elevations Credit Union tent during the post-ride party.

Ryan Van Duzer returned to the event once again and chronicled his journey. From the sounds of it, he doubled not only his distance (riding the 100 mile course) but also his normal calorie intake. Thanks, Ryan!
