Our Mission

The Buffalo Bicycle Classic is a cycling fundraiser. Since 2003, over $1M in scholarships have been awarded to promising students in CU-Boulder’s College of Arts and Sciences.

In stark contrast to the previous two years, the 2008 ride took place under nearly cloudless skies. Temperatures were pefect for riding too, with the morning low a brisk but comfortable 49°F and afternoon temps around 75°F.

Summer slipped out the back door once again in 2007. The temperature was a brisk 51°F as riders rolled out of the start. Things never really warmed up until the final beers were served in the post-ride chow tent.

Unlike the previous two editions, the 2006 ride started in cool conditions (52°F). Still, despite some spotty rain showers, things warmed up to 71°F when all was said and done.
